Regulation (EU) 2019/977 amended the maximum residue limits for some chemical and biological plant protection products.
We have compiled the changes in the maximum residue limits for the chemically active ingredients for you.
This is mainly an increase in MRLs nd concerns the active ingredients aclonifen, fenpyrazamine, mefentrifluconazole valid from July 7th , 2019 and penconazole valid from August 13th , 2019 (all data in mg/kg).

For the active substances bispyrac, fenoxycarb, flurochloridone, quizalofop-P-ethyl, quizalofop-P-tefuyl, propaquizafop and tebufenozide, on the other hand, the new Regulation (EU) 2019/973 provides predominantly for reductions in the MRLs.
Please note that there is a new residue definition for Quizalofop: Quizalofop = sum of quizalofop, its salts, its esters (incl. propaquizafop) and its conjugates.
The regulation will come into force on 4 July 2019 with a 6-month transition period, i.e. the new MRLs will only apply from 4 January 2020. Details can be found in the text of the regulation.

With Regulation (EU) 2019/1015, the maximum residue limits of further active substance/product combinations were newly defined. These are also increases that will become effective immediately (i.e. on 11.7.2019). We limit ourselves to the changes that are relevant in the fruit & vegetable area for the active substances Captan, Flutianil, Lambda-Cyhalothrin, Mandipropamide, Pyraclostrobin, Spirotetramat, Teflubenzuron and Tetraconazole.
