Recognised analysis for GMP+

AGROLAB LUFA GmbH (DE), AGROLAB Dr. Verwey (NL), AGROLAB Ibérica (ES), AGROLAB Italia (IT) and AGROLAB Polska (PL): Recognised analysis for GMP+

Our laboratories AGROLAB LUFA (DE), AGROLAB Dr. Verwey (NL), AGROLAB Ibérica (ES), AGROLAB Italia (IT) and AGROLAB Polska (PL) are approved for analysing animal feed as part of the quality control program GMP+.

GMP stands for Good Manufacturing Practices. The additional plus symbol stands for the integration of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points). GMP+ is a comprehensive international certification system. It defines requirements to guarantee feed safety and sustainability and also independent audits by certification bodies.

You can find the certificate for our laboratory AGROLAB Dr. Verwey here or in the service section of the accreditation download area. Based on the accreditation acc. ISO 17025, our laboratories AGROLAB LUFA GmbH (DE), AGROLAB Ibérica (ES), AGROLAB Italia (IT) and AGROLAB Polska (PL) are authorised to carry out analyses for GMP+ certified companies. You can find the respective qualification here or, again, in the service area of the general laboratory accreditation.

GMP+ International certified companies are required to have their analysis on critical contaminants, such as aflatoxin B1, dioxins, heavy metals and pesticides (not mandatory yet) carried out by GMP+ Registered Laboratories.

Our laboratories AGROLAB LUFA, AGROLAB Ibérica,  AGROLAB Italia, AGROLAB Polska and AGROLAB Dr. Verwey are on the list of Registered Laboratories according to GMP + B11. The AGROLAB GROUP is the ideal laboratory partner for testing for critical contaminants.

Approved analytics for QS

The AGROLAB LUFA (DE), AGROLAB Dr. Verwey (NL) and AGROLAB Italia (IT) laboratories are authorised to carry out QS analyses for our customers. QS sees itself as a quality program that endeavours to assure quality from the farmer through to the shop counter. There is a control plan for the feed industry to ensure the quality of the animal feed.

Here, all participants, from the farmer through to the feed manufacturers, are obliged to carry out regular inspections of their products against defined parameters. You will find the corresponding documents/certificates in the service area under Downloads in the general accreditation of the laboratory.
